We are offering custom built cabins too. All custom built cabins are going to have a $1000.00 fee. This fee will cover our costs in drawings and the extra time in production. Custom built cabins will sometime take longer than the 4 to 6 week time period to build your park model cabin. Small customized items will not apply to the fee of $1000.00.

Although in the past, Gastineau Log Homes has only built high end beautiful oak log park model cabins/homes and our larger oak log homes and cabins. We now have the capabilities of building any kind or type park model cabin/home for your needs. We are also able to build a larger unit than 400 square ft that is required for a park model cabin. These larger units are not for RV parks or campgrounds and are built to modular/prefab cabin/home regulations and codes for those private land owners.
