About Delivery:
Your new Oak Canyon park model cabin or home will be delivered by our professional transportation company to your location. As soon as the park model cabin arrives, you will be able to inspect your cabin/home and complete a customer satisfaction evaluation. Any damages during transport must be addressed immediately. A photo of the damage’s or fault in construction is required for paid refunds. 50% of each purchase order is paid up front and the remaining balance is to be paid before delivery. Sorry, but there are no exceptions!
Any defaults or damages during transport will be reimbursed by Oak Canyon Park Models & Homes/Gastineau Log Homes. At no time will funds be held back from any purchase order. Your Certificate Of Origin will be with your park model cabin/home. This Certificate Of Origin serves as your Title to your cabin/home. You will have to take this Certificate Of Origin and the copy of the Purchase Order to your local government offices and get that Certificate Of Origin titled into your name and pay your local taxes due from the total price of your park model cabin/home.
